Holiday RoutesTerms of service
These terms apply when you use holidayroutes.eu and app.holidayroutes.eu ("Holiday Routes"). By creating an account or buying a plan you accept them. Please also read our privacy policy.
1. Who we are
Holiday Routes is provided by Network Consulting & Development SRL (Network Consulting EU), registered with the Romanian Trade Register under no. J2011000342131, VAT number RO28040056, registered office Aleea Afinei 14, Constanța, Romania. Contact: hello@holidayroutes.eu.
2. The service
Holiday Routes helps you plan trips: day-by-day itineraries for car, electric-car, fly & drive, flight-only and campervan trips, with maps, charging stops, weather, ideas, a bookings vault, printable booklets and shareable travel pages. Travel agencies can use it to plan and share trips for their clients under their own brand.
Holiday Routes is a planning tool. It does not sell travel, book hotels, flights or charging, or act as a travel agent or tour operator.
3. Travel information is guidance
Routes, driving times, distances, elevation, battery levels, charging stops, campsites, prices, weather, border rules and suggestions are estimates and suggestions based on third-party data and calculations, some generated by AI. They can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Before and during your trip, check what matters — road and pass conditions, charger availability, opening times, prices, entry, toll, vignette and equipment rules — with official sources and your vehicle's own systems. Always follow road signs and local law.
4. Your account
- You must be at least 16 and give accurate information.
- Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- While the service is in beta, new accounts may require an invitation voucher.
- You can ask us to close your account at any time.
5. Plans, prices and payment
- Plans and prices are shown on holidayroutes.eu and in the app before you buy. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Explorer Free is free with limits. A Trip Pass is a one-time purchase giving full access for one trip for 60 days. Annual Traveler and agency plans are subscriptions that renew automatically for the same period until you cancel.
- You can cancel a subscription at any time from the billing portal in the app; it then ends at the end of the period already paid.
- Consumer prices include VAT. Agency prices exclude VAT; EU businesses with a valid VAT number are invoiced under the reverse charge.
- We may change prices for future periods; we will tell subscribers in advance, and you can cancel before the new price applies.
6. Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU)
If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Email hello@holidayroutes.eu with your account email and the purchase, and we refund the payment within 14 days using the same payment method. This right does not apply to agency plans bought as a business.
7. Your content
- Your trips, notes and uploaded documents remain yours. You give us the permission needed to store, process, translate and display them to provide the service — including on travel pages and links you choose to share.
- Only upload content you have the right to use, and nothing unlawful.
- Anyone with a link you share can view what it shows. A read-only planner link includes the trip's bookings vault.
8. Travel agencies
- Agency plans are for businesses. The agency is responsible for its agents' use of the service and for the client information it enters.
- The agency is responsible for its own offers, bookings and contracts with its clients, and for the logo, texts and links it adds to client pages.
- Where we process clients' personal data on an agency's behalf, we do so under a data processing agreement, available on request.
9. Acceptable use
Do not misuse Holiday Routes: no attempts to break its security, overload it, scrape it in bulk, resell access, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.
10. Availability and changes
We work to keep Holiday Routes available and your data backed up, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We improve the app continuously and may change or remove features; if a change significantly reduces a paid plan, we will tell you and you may cancel.
11. Liability
We are responsible for the service we provide, under the law. We are not liable for losses caused by relying on travel information without checking it (section 3), by third-party services such as charging networks, maps, airlines, hotels or campsites, or by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent, gross negligence, or death and personal injury, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will announce important changes in advance by email or in the app; continuing to use Holiday Routes after they take effect means you accept them.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and you may bring a claim in its courts. Please contact us first — most issues are solved quickly. Consumers in Romania can also contact the national consumer protection authority, ANPC (anpc.ro).
